I like to watch Roblox content, learn about Financial Literacy, use a website called Slowly and interact with Artificial Intelligence.
My favorite subjects are mathematics. Maybe I want to delve into psychology and linguistics.

Hello and welcome fellow Americans to this newspost. Guess what? The month of April is Financial Literacy Month!

I actually want to celebrate it by spending 25 minutes a day on an investing game app called Investing Game - How to Invest by Trading Platforms on Google Play.

Also, I will use this website Next Generation Personal Finance to learn more financial literacy. In the past 2 months, I've made progress on the courses offered at that website. I've finished Behavioral Economics, the Banking and Investing Unit. What I did was open the worksheets for each lesson. I've also watched videos regarding Financial Literacy.

It's harder to learn financial literacy on your own because it's easier to implement hands-on learning in a classroom.

I'm suffering from a chronic personal issue that I can't share with just anyone. It's affecting my ability to post topics here. I do have responses from the school psychologist. I'm just waiting for CyberDevil to make a response to my emails.

DON'T MAKE COMMENTS ASKING ME FOR DETAILS ABOUT THE ISSUE.

On the bright side, I had chocolate cake and WingStop chicken last week for Valentine's Day!

I think the word forgiveness has caused and continues to cause problems when telling victims of offenses, whether of being cheated on by their romantic/dating partner or being victimized by crime.

Reason why: I feel like there are 2 contradicting definitions of forgiveness:

1: To slowly rebuild trust and privilege between you and your offender.

2: To heal and move on before your hurt feelings negatively affect your life, which doesn't mean you will ever give them privileges or forget about them.

Therefore, that's why phrases, such as: "heal and move on" need to replace the word forgiveness because of how ambiguous the definition is.

The burger on top had mushrooms, cheese, lettuce and onions in it. I supplemented it with hot sauce and A1 sauce.

While I was eating the burger, I had the onion rings and a cup of raspberry tea.

For dessert, I ate cups of ice cream with vanilla, chocolate, chocolate syrup and strawberry slices.

-Complete 2 diplomas on 2 online courses by January 29, 2024. Dedicate 4-7 hours per week fir the courses.

-Learn 85 new Spanish terms by January 26, 2024. I can dedicate 7 minutes per day on Studykit. Then another 50 on February.

-Decide on an online course that I'd like to spend my time on during this upcoming summer. So far, I've thought about doing one class on Udemy. It's a survival skills class. Things that you won't learn in school. I originally thought of taking Precalculus at my local community college over the summer. But the day before winter break, I asked the math department what are her thoughts on taking it over the summer and she said that if I took the class over the summer, I have to take AB Calculus next year (equivalent to 1 semester of college calculus). But if I take Precalculus Honors next year, I can skip AB and go to BC Calculus, equivalent to calc 1 and 2 in one year.

Or maybe, I can find a channel on YouTube to watch and learn survival skills in nature. But I think hands-on learning would be more powerful. Can anyone recommend a library of free online classes/courses?

-Try to make 3 more strong friendships on the internet. It's hard to find some on Newgrounds... but I have thought of Quora using my school account.

-Make at least 2 blog posts on Newgrounds per month. I'd do it on a weekend. I think it'll be about what I've been observing on. I know this is vague.. :|

Work on my typing speed skills. Actually, I've already done most of the advanced level on this website:

January 7 update: I want to improve my grade in laboratory science before the end of the semester because of my GPA (grade point average). The end of the semester is January 26, 2024.

It's time for winter break now!

I'ma spend my time on the Internet surfing through content, working out, playing online Roblox games, watching some news, preparing for the end of the year, learning a couple of life skills that aren't part of the high school curriculum, try to go out more often!

I'm probably gonna enroll myself in free online 3-hour courses on things like finance, health and building a website. :D

My school district's graduation requirements are:

3 years of history

4 years of English

3 years of mathematics

2 years of laboratory science

2 years of Physical Educ.

0.5 years of health

1 year of either of the following:

World Language

Visual and Perfoming Arts

6.5 yearlong elective courses

Career Technical Educ.

Non-course requirements are:

Completion of FAFSA or CA Dream Act

I'm starting a proposal to add another requirement to graduate from my high school: a 1-semester course in Fundamentals of Personal Finance that cannot be substituted. As of November 1, 2023, there are 23 states that require a 1-semester course in personal finance which cannot be substituted. I have the support of one of my teachers as well as a few other students.

The teacher who supports my plan teaches Mindset for Success and coaches the varsity football team at my school. He has read a google form that I created. I've made a Google form to survey a couple of students about their opinion of the requirement. The form contains information and links that are intended to convince the students to say yes or maybe, rather than no to the requirement.

He said that he'll release the survey on Friday and give students in periods 1-4 12 minutes at the beginning of each period to fill out the form. I project that 99 students will say yes!

As a Spanish 1 student, I'm memorizing the Spanish alphabet and some nouns for homework. Thankfully I'm using Quizlet. What makes this subject different from others is that because it's a language, you must do more practice, so I have to take advantage of all the opportunities to slack off.

I currently have a 90.49% in Algebra 2 Honors. I think it'll go to 94.98% after my math teacher reads the paperwork on transforming absolute value functions from the parent function f (x)=|x|.

I'm doing Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training for my Principles of Woodworking course. I need to complete the course with a minimum of 10 hours and score a minimum of 70% on the system. I get three tries for each quiz and the final. I have until March 24, 2024, to get it done. Yesterday, I logged in for 3.5 hours of training. The training is available online.

As for English, I'm taking CP English 1. Now here are my grades on Canvas.

Actually, I have to go to school now. I'ma update this news post later.

October 8 Update:

Here are my current grades for each course:

Phys. Ed. 1: 100.00%

Principles of Woodworking: 100.00%

Mindset for Success: 100.00%

Environmental Science: 100.00%

Spanish 1: 108.40%

CP English 1: 96.94%

Algebra 2 Honors: 95.00%

As for OSHA Training, I probably need more than 10 hours to complete. If I had to guess, I say 21 hours. That's because I spent a lot of time in the 2nd unit.

iu_1094427_7523541.jpg

Plus, I'm part of 2 clubs in high school now! I'm automatically in the Woodworking Club because I'm enrolled in the Principles of Woodworking course. And my first meeting for the club is this Friday at lunch on October 13, 2023.

The other club I'm part of is the Freshman Class Committee. My first meeting is this Wednesday, October 11. I would love to see what activities we'll do during the school day and how often we do them.

My high school doesn't offer a math club or math league/olympiad. :( There are 2 other high schools in my district that have them. Maybe next year or the year after, there'll be enough students interested to make a club or... I don't know... maybe start one and get a math teacher to advise the club.

Yesterday October 7, something bad happened while my dad was driving. :(

Now before you ask in the comments what OSHA is, OSHA is a federal organization for the USA. It stands for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. For more information, consult this website:

https://www.osha.gov/

Feel free to make a comment about similar job training experiences while attending high school.

This test is administered for students in the Huntington Beach Union High School District district-wide.

Students in the Principles of Woodworking course actually have infinite attempts to get a perfect score on the test. This is the test I need to pass before I can go to the workshop in my school.

Hello Newgrounders. I have some Roblox gameplay to show you. While I was playing Roblox Tornado Alley Ultimate, I survived a tornado and pollution.

Image Two: Pollution

I predict that on January 1, 2142, Southern California will experience this level of pollution, where the outdoor atmosphere is covered in dust and heat.
